The Rusted Wolf Syndicate was founded by Odinfar and Salvatore Vallone as a joint vision.
That vision was to produce a corporation that wasn't centered around profit, but instead revolved around its members.
They wanted to build a safe haven where noobs could learn and vets could teach.
They wanted to give every Capsuleer a home in the emptiness of space.
