This Corporation is part of the Amarr Holding of the Family Risayku. The corporation is Founded by the daughter of Hareth, Princess Nin.
While The Holding itself is still under Controll of her father the Corporation is lead by Nin.

Nin said at the foundation speach, that this is the first step of her Family into Space. With this change from only enlightend Humanity to Enlightend Capsulers it is a step to preserve the Tradition of Amarr.
