Xonico Mining Unlimited (Xonico), incorporated on July 20, 2013, is engaged in High Sec/Low Sec Mining and related activities, including exploration, processing and refining. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012 (fiscal 2012), its mining operations reported total proven and probable reserves of 52.9 million m3 of ore, primarily from low sec sources. During fiscal 2013, we processed 20.7 million m3 of ore. During fiscal 2013, approximately 84% of its ore came from the Company’s low sec asteroid fields, and approximately 9% came from its high sec operations.
