well behind enemy lines on worlds that refuse to surrender after repeat assaults.
The name came from a Minmatar rebel who after an attack was found insanely
rambling about a ghost rising out of the blasted land like mist.

Now, the mercenaries do the Empresses bidding in both heaven and hell.
