Supreme executive power comes from a mandate of the masses, not some farsical aquatic ceremony. So we each take leadership in turns every week, but all those leaders decisions must be ratified in a bi-weekly meeting of the counsel, of which we are all in. Which is a lie, we dont take turns but everyone has a say in what we do. So basically...Missions, WH, Incursions (if we get what we need), Mining (Maybe), a dable of PVP. We prefer to have lots of fun, it is a game after all.
