From the chance discovery of implant technology exploited by the Amarr to create the first Templars, Hraka Food Processing and Manufacture GmbH was conceived. Hraka developed a plan to process and manufacture food from a nutrient rich source produced in excess by the Dust Mercs. The millions of expected Dust Mercs (or Dust Bunnies as the capsuleers mockingly called them to hide fears of the power they would yield) would feed capsuleers, station inhabitants, and all the star-faring population desperate for food resources currently diverted to Planetary Interaction production.

Learning from mistakes previously made by such corporate giants as Soylent Corporation and the Quafe Company (briefly hurt by unsettling rumors of the retracted product Quafe+), Hraka realized the need to assuage fears its products were not the fallen of what was sure to be endless war. Hraka offered 50% of the food supply to the well-respected Food Relief of the Sisters of Eve. In exchange, SoE would monitor operations and certify Hraka's products as humane and safe for consumption. Certification came slowly, SoE and the public leery, and the irrefutable reputation of SoE on the line, but with great fanfare-- and to the relief of many,-- "Hraka" was eventually declared humane and safe, and, unexpectedly, quite tasty!

The Hraka marketing slogan would be, "Capsuleers will thrive on the business of Dust Bunnies!"
