When Corran Siunak and Daniel Sarain met at the Amarr Imperial Academy, they discovered that despite their differences - Corran the son of a wealthy artisan and Daniel from a poor but industrious clan of traders - their future goals were remarkably similar: Low risk, low but steady yield. Their plan of finding an quiet and un-exploited financial niche in the high-sec core worlds of the Amarr Empire was enacted just days after their graduation: Siunak & Sarain Enterprises, and using a business model based on Daniel's family motto: "Fuck Bitches, Get Money".

After a series of failed ventures, they changed the motto to "Get Money THEN Fuck Bitches" in the hope that it would prove to be a more legitimate business strategy.
