POCO sales:

We manage POCO Sales/Transfers between corps. As such we only work with those who have Director status. In most cases, a Corps Director will have already placed a minimum price tag on a POCO under our care, and negotiations may be made directly with Pelega over the sale price. (These will be advertised POCO's for sale)

In other cases, a corp director may inform you that we hold their POCO, and we require to double check these agreed amounts before transferring any assets. This may incur a time delay. We advise only sending payment if you are currently engaged in a conversation with the other Corp Director, who can also eve-mail Pelega the agreed sale price at the same time.

When purchasing a POCO via Ministry Of Real Estate all payments must be made to the Corp. We do not have "agents" or middle-men. This helps us keep up our transparency with our corp wallet, and our larger clients.

We only transfer one POCO at a time. ISK is sent first, then a POCO is transferred. This process is repeated, until all agreed POCO's are sold. We only transfer to the characters corp who paid.

POCO Holding Services and Taxes

Ministry Of Real Estate has many POCO's and work with many Corps, who may want to keep their POCO's from a war dec, or just want to sell them and move on. For our larger clients, we allow the placement of an alt character, into Ministry Of Real Estate to have access to view the wallet and monitor their POCO's taxes. All taxes paid during any transitional or holding period are paid back to the orignal owners.
