Driven by individuality and a thirst for knowledge, the Nera'zim developed along a very different path than other Amarrians. They remain willful, but often fiercely independent, with their closest allegiance being first to the Nera'zim, then to Khanid society and it's allies. Slave use and trading is frowned upon, and thus not used within the Nera'zim.

By their nature they are freethinkers, motivated by their regard for one another and personal bonds, rather than abstract notions of authority. In the eyes of any Nera'zim, individuals must always be accountable for their actions. As a result, deeds rather than words act as their guide. Some individuals can be prone to feuding and rivalry, but they are quick to band together against a common threat, such as that presented by pirates, and currently presented by Sansha's Nation.
