Bio
Sublime Geek Enterprises is a corp of goals. We intend to do great things in EVE Online and we want to take you along for the ride. This is why we are looking for motivated pilots who are willing to get their hands dirty while having a great time and contributing to the group as a whole.
One thing I\xe2\x80\x99d like to point out: the all for one, one for all motto applies here. To me, this means that the corp will do what it can to help its members and expects nothing less than the same from its members for the corp.
Sublime Geek Enterprises will consist of several divisions that capitalize on the unique skills of our members. These will include an Industrial Division (Mining, Refining, Manufacturing,PI), Military Division (PvP, Missioning, Covert Ops), Logistics Division (Hauling, Covert Transport), and finally Marketing & Sales Division (Trading, Public Relations, Contracting). Of course, more divisions can be made as needed, but these are the first to start.
My plan is to make this as structured of an organization as possible. This means that no one will have complete control over everything with the exception of the CEO (who will exercise that rarely). We will have a board of directors as well as Standard Operating Procedures we will live...and die by.
I plan to offer stock incentives. We know the stock system in EVE is a little flawed, but I will offer the ability for those to buy stock into the corp and reap the rewards that follow. I plan on giving 10% of our profits back on the first of the month to the corp members. In return, with stocks you have a voice. You can vote on corp actions if the need arises. While this will be exercised with caution, it will hold weigh in serious matters.
Great leaders aren\xe2\x80\x99t defined by the number of SP they have or how long their character has been around in EVE. In this corp, you will earn your right to prove yourself and lead others.
Yes, this is a new corp, but everyone starts with one member. Here are our plans for growth:
Jan-Feb 2011: Corp creation and member establishment. Beginning policy creation and selection of 2 elected officials. Office establishment and initial leadership selection. Establishment of different divisions. 1-10 Members
Mar 2011: We immediately move towards self-sustainment by stockpiling minerals and other goods. We plan on building up a month\xe2\x80\x99s supply of minerals for emergencies. We begin refining and manufacturing as well to help sustain any industrial needs. We also work on establishing the Military Division and assist in manufacturing ammo and other needs as they come. 11-20 Members
Apr 2011 and Beyond: Once we feel we\xe2\x80\x99ve become self-sufficient, we will begin to sell off our surplus while building our image with the Marketing and Sales Division. 21-30+ Members
Why do we only have goals until Apr? We have goals way beyond that; however, our leadership will decide where we will go from there.
If you have questions, feel free to evemail me, Tobe Confirmed. You are also welcome to message me in-game; however, I may not answer immediately.
