All applicant's must pass 3 skill testing questions:

1. If you find yourself in a round room, which corner would you pee in?

2. If you happen across a Minmatar ship would you: a-strike up a convo with the pilot? b-shoot first ask questions later? or c-use your emergency pod excrement evacuation valve to destroy his ship?

3. If answer to 2. is c exactly how would you go about salvaging the wreck?

Minmatar need not apply as thier ships will not survive the number of jumps to our offices and Gallente applicant's will be given ample time to reach the system they will be ganked in.
