Prowler Investment Corporation was raided by Concord Police officers and ordered closed through a warrant issued by the Caldari Magistrate's office. According to the warrant, Prowler's CEO Rico Shay was arrested on charges of securities fraud, conspiracy to defraud the Caldari government, and embezzlement. The remaining board members were placed under house arrest and are being electronically monitored by the Caldari Prison Authority in Kakakela until a hearing takes place. Officers also confiscated all corporate assets and impounded all ships according to unnamed Concord police officials. No further information is available at this time.
