Spreight Mining Operations and Security (SMOS) was conceived by Kiwana Spreight in his search for a corporation that supports it's members while they in turn support the corporation.

SMOS's design is for an atmosphere of friendship and comradery where members can pursue their goals and improve themselves with the help and support of like-minded professionals.
