U.O.C. is a small company that is beleived to have very close ties with advanced knowledge centres. They seem to focus almost exclusively on the exploration and discovery of ancient artifacts for intensive research.

Rumoured to be engaged in a plethora of R&D projects which include, but not restricted to, cloning equipment, hi-tech weaponry and advanced spaceship development.

However, some beleive that the U.O.C. is just a front to cover up an active paramilitary arm of the Federation.

Either way, due to the level of secrecy involved, most of this information is pure guess work and no one knows for sure.
