Bun, usually steamed with mix stuff, which is one of the most traditional chinese food, it's cheap and common. Bun is usually made of surface skin, with vegetables, meat or suger as filling. By the way, there are some "bun" without stuff inside which have other different name. Bun is usually made from white flour with yeast for surface skin, the size will be change depend on stuff inside. The smallest bun will be called tiny steamer bun, next is middle and large bun. Stuff inside usually use meat, sesame, bean paste, dried cornish and lots of other differents combination. Bun still have vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
