Thulcandra; the silent planet. Once believed to be the birthplace of hedonism and lust in the old universe- none who traveled there returned and no form of communication was ever issued from the surface. Could it be that those brave enough to venture to this planet were consumed by its pleasures and desired to stay, or perhaps imprisoned- forced to be slaves to the hedonistic will of the Thulcandrans. The legends of the people of Thulcandra depict a race consumed with the pleasures of the physical body. Education, discovery, economy, philosophy- all the enlightenment of the cosmos, was secondary to pleasure. Ecstasy was their god, to which they were always found praying; orgy was their house of worship, and the house was always full. It was considered the highest sign of disrespect to not engage a fellow Thulcandran in physical pleasure upon introduction- at least according to legend.

New Eden official reports indicate that there has never been a planet known as Thulcandra. It has been several thousand years since the collapse of Eve Gate, the gateway to the old universe, and now Thulcandra is considered by nearly all in New Eden to be a myth. However, recent leaked documents from CONCORD and other New Eden officials indicate that a transport ship marked with the mythic Thulcandran silver steed was registered as passing through the gateway several hundred hours before its collapse.
