The company's origins date back to the begining of New Eden when CCP began developing new electrical and engineering technology that helped to redefine innovative security measures for the space age.

With growing prosperity, Stark Industries (then known as Admiral Stark Enterprises) was quickly propelled into the modern era as a major glactic industrial superpower, due in no small measure to CCP's direct descendant Admiral Haxor. Under Admiral's leadership, Stark Industries became the world leader in the development of T2 modules with its corporate office located in the system of OSMEDEN of the Beyte Constellation. Stark Industries quickly branched out into other scientific fields including exploration, worm-holes, PVP raping, and advanced Planetary Interations. With increasing expansion, the company soon became known as Stark Industries. When CCP passed away, its sole heir Admiral Haxorz inherited all of CCP's business assets and took full control of Stark Industries.

Admiral Haxorz continued to aggressively mine the world over and Stark Industries became a major contractor for both corporate and capsuleers concerns. One of Admiral Haxorz's major coups was securing a contract with the Eden Concord military Faction . Nearly all of Concord's ordnance and equipment is produced by Stark Industires including their primary base of operations the supercarrier.
