Member investment in the corp is paid back through monthly dividend payments. And member investment is strictly optional.

Invested members with good standing have access to research and invention facilities.

FEDMC is always looking for miners, though we will also consider hiring researchers, producers and inventors. All prospective capsuleers are expected to have, and maintain, Good relations (3.5+ unadjusted) with Gallente Federation. This prerequisite might be waved with the understanding that you would work towards reaching this standing requirement, with haste, after being hired.
