A collective of independent capsuleers operating collectively under a mutual interest to produce elaborate, rough-cut symphonic pieces. The melancholy orkesta use sounds, not words, as a vehicle for self-expression. "We don't have words to tell you what it's about; people can kind of work it our for themselves".
