Formed by ex-operatives from the Ministry of Amarrian Secret Service, loyal and answerable only to the Emperor,

Awarded the Order of the Black Eagle by the Emperor for distinguished service to the Empire, it is one of the few recognised military honours that can bestowed to those not of Amarrian blood.

The Black Eagle was a war trophy captured from the Jove, the insignia for a long forgotten Jovian army. It was captured with the assistance of foreign mercenaries that were sympathetic to the Amarrian cause.
