Bio
Initially spotted in YC111-112 alongside incursioning Sansha's Nation forces, the True Slave Foundations was earmarked as an emergent fanatical group by Empire forces. However, as investigations of loyalist Capsuleers to Sansha Kuvakei and his Nation went underway, an ancient webwork of supporting infrastructure soon emerged. Mired in subterfuge and an uncanny degree of covert behavior, the Foundations is now known to have roots tracing all the way back to the original Nation.
Deeper analysis into the organization and its structure is as difficult as other Sansha machinations. Seemingly splintered into a number of different sub-divisions, the Foundations is more a singular controlling cult of ideology than anything else. Each division specializes in different approaches to self-inflicted experimentation, all of them exhibiting an almost religious commitment to integrating with slave implantation.
What purpose this could possibly serve, or why the Nation deigns to leave them as they are, is impossible to discern. Much of their operations remain shrouded on the fringes of empire space, centered around non-Capsuleer activities. As more stringent observations of the Nation continue, the Foundations' operations continue to be uncovered with alarming frequency. Perhaps most worrisome of all is their most visible face - 'Division Capsuleer' - which participated directly alongside the Nation during their major operations.
Based on local communications, it seems the Nation appreciated their efforts, tentatively awarding honorary Citizenship status to those directly assisting them. Such an uplifting of status has never been observed in detail, and what ramifications it has on, at least this part, of the Foundations is an ongoing subject of interest. The difference in Citizen and Slave in Sansha's Nation is a relative point, and the Foundations' long-standing behavior muddy the lines between both in the extreme. ...
