NBSI in Wormhole space...If we find you inside one of our wormhole systems without first being contacted and a diplomatic agreement is reached then we will agress. If you are looking for safe passage through one of these systems then feel free to contact one of our diplomats.
If we are clearly agressed first, we will defend ourselves and our holdings to the fullest, no matter where we are.
