Exile capsuleers are the black sheep of the Dark Amarr royal line. Cut off from the family, they have turned to vigilantism, petty piracy, and simple thuggery to get by. Recently they have joined the Empire militia in an attempt to recover a token of dignity.

Ragtag exile hunting parties are subject to scorn and pity from both commoners and their better-connected brethren. The scuttlebutt from the warehouses to the palaces in Khanid is that the exiles have been reduced to poorly fit frigates, and even if they do happen to catch a juicy target, can easily be bought off with a pitifully small bribe.
