We are searching for active & mature pilots in or around EST (US) or GMT (UK):
* Miners (Low & High sec)
* Soldiers (PvE, PvP, Missioning, Exploration)
* Haulers/Retailers
* Industrialists (Manufacturing, Research)
Requirements for membership: (negotiable)
* 3.0mil SP Minimum (with evidence), an invite OR a referral.
* A security rating of 0.0 or higher
* Ventrilo is required for soldiers
* You must be mature, social, positive and respectful
* Willingness to learn and work as a team
* Willing to move to, or near our areas of operation
* Anti-pirate and no trial accounts
* Tolerance of insanity, silly humor and gandhi (IMPORTANT)
NOTE: New members are subject to a 14 day incubation period before they are granted full membership.

Our governing body follows a socialistic and serious model, but we are casual in execution. Our model is meant to tailor to the collective desire while still paying you for helping us.
We offer our members extensive benefit programs, pay for their work, supply both protection and support, and we reward loyalty. We operate on a corporate standings system. Higher standings are rewarded with higher pay and status.

Our Rules
1) Read new corpmail before you ask questions.
2) Be friendly, honest, earnest and mature.
3) Practice prudence, restraint, patience and respect.
4) NO smack inside Aleret. Report problems to a director.
5) NO smack outside Aleret toward other pilots. Keep it to yourself. Revenge comes later.
6) NEVER make it personal.
7) There’s a big difference between complaining and suggesting. Suggesting is constructive. Complaining is not. Complaining is NEVER tolerated.
8) Understand and respect that effective management cannot and should not be lenient.
9) If you need help, ask for it. We will not try to read minds, and we will ignore 'hints' -- and foremost, never expect something of us you didn't ask for.
10) Please inform us if you are going to be inactive for an extended period of time.
11) Never panic. Never succumb. Power through progress, power through patience.
