The Articles
1. if 1v1 has been agreed upon by both parties, the fight will be 1v1 and no member of the corporation / alliance shall take part in it.
2. if ransom is offered and paid, it is honored by all members of the corporation and fleet.
3. Equal share of plunder, and right to be called fairly in turn. (any member involved in killmail is automatically entitled to his share.)
4. all members are encouraged to fly under competant command. failure to do so will void the compensation for lost ships.
5. Compensation for Lost T1 ships below battlecruiser, directly in ship or in money. battlecruiser and above, will be compensated in loot.
6. Flying alone, will void the right for compensation. any loot gained in flying alone is respective property of the person looting it.
7. all loot from friendly ships lost in battle - in case of loot recovery - is considered property of the person who lost the ship.
8. all members abide by these articles, any member not honoring the articles will be punished.
