We joined the Caldari militia because we want to be part of a team.

Therefore, we follow this Code of Conduct (CoC) while in the Militia:
we will ...
- treat fellow militia (FM) as team members, i.e., with respect
- help FM if we can, e.g., with advice
- behave curteuos and polite towards FM
- not ridicule, insult or steal from FM
- not declare war on FM for isolated issues, such as insults, bumping(!) or loot theft and never for differences of opinion
- only declare war on FM if they repeatedly and purpously commit acts of violence on us or FM
- leave militia if we feel we must do an act that would break this CoC
- not tell FM how they should or should not play the game in issues not regulated by this CoC
