Bio
"Hello" said with a smile.
I'm the same Auri in Amarr buying ores there too.
Yes, I am nearly blind and I keep my white folding cane near my exit door.
Yes. I have 'my mark' scars from my sarcoma treatments.
First you're brave. You will cry when you feel that needle goes into your implanted chest port and feel that familiar 'pop' for the 4th of 6 chemo treatments. It's hurts.
Radiation burn scar .. yes my skin fell off at the tumor site near the last of those targeted radiation sessions. A lot of pain and seepage of sticky body fluids when that skin turned gray/blue and peeled off.
You know strong radioactive chemo chemicals can also destroy tiny blood vessels right?
When all the treatments ended I started to rapidly lose eye sight. I became totally blind in my left eye. I'm at the mercy of the blood flow exitiing my right eye. A condition similiar to lack of blood going into eyes. When the blood slows exiting my seeing right eye, my world dissolves into blindness. All vision is .... gone.
You will be scared when you abruptly lose all of your sight for the first time. You'll sit down, very sad, scared, helpless, and believe you're about to die.
Would I do it all those treatments again? Yes I would
I now struggle seeing the the words and numbers in this game and real life. I'm assuming you have good vision and are smarter in financial things. Maybe you even have a college business degree or you're a money advisor. Thus you shouldn't have no problems countering me on the market. NONE. Yet I get complaints from frustrated EVE players bolstering how savvy they are in the real financial and business world but struggle to best a blind who sometimes can't see their dinner. Please mail to me again how you're a real life company manager with workers depending on you and rage how I crapped on your precious spreadsheets & EVE marketing. <3
EVE Online is a difficult grinding game. I've been playing EVE for 14+ years. Over six of the last years had been via blind. That is how I now play this game. I do expect YOU can do better than me.
"Your play style/actions says a lot about who and what you're like in real life."
