(Faction) Rally Points escalate to DED 8/10s (like regular hubs).

(Faction) Hubs escalate to (Faction Command) Fleet Staging Points (ie Dread Guristas Fleet Staging Point for Guristas, Shadow Serpentis Fleet Staging Point for Serpentis, Dark Blood Fleet Staging Point doe Blood Raiders ect). I personally hate Fleet Staging points because it's not a real 9/10 and CCP doesn't look to put real 9/10s in any time soon.

(Faction) Ports escalation to DED 7/10s. Regular Rally Points also escalate to DED 7/10s.
