Matsuo, a Vherokior Shaman, is a nomad like his distant ancestors prior to the Amarr enslavement. He has taken up the old-ways, of wandering and exploring. The only difference is that his ancestors wandered the Great Sobaki Dessert, he wanders the stars.

Matsuo currently has no strong ties to anywhere and seeks to maintain good relations with the Minmatar Republic tribes, the Amarr Empire, the Gallente Federation, and the Caldari State. Time will tell if he is successful, and if the Universe is willing. Matsuo strongly believes in cooperation and diplomacy, preferring to fight only as a last resort. However, when fighting is needed he believes you should be well-trained in the combat arts to be successful.
