I'm known for what I do, and what I don't do, the whole purpose of gaming for me is not to do what you do so I can be me and not you. Can you say that about yourself? Are you special? No, we all are trash in the mass, I don't really "believe" in this like some would say, but I know it's true. Only way to become "famous" is to advertice yourself more, spam more, spam without angering others, get friends, have company, if your friends recognize you, you are somebody, and not nobody.
Best way to be respected is to treat others equally, like you would treat yourself. If you hate yourself you are likely to be hating others too, I hate myself, I know this much. Respect comes in different forms, letting you speak, joining the conversation, giving support or possiply not saying anything about something.
To me, respect is letting be.
