Isabella Allas-Rui (nicknamed Izzy), born into the Jing Ko Caste of Jin-Mei, started life on the wrong side of the tracks. After performing many odd jobs, she was able to gain the attention of a Navy Recruiter.

The Navy was able to whip Izzy into shape, teaching her skills that would have taken a lifetime to learn at her caste level. Much more importantly, they gave her a ship and the know-how to use it. After her initial service, she opted out of reinstatement and decided to start her career in Hacking and Exploration. A rookie, she finds herself in many scraps, but is slowly gaining knowledge and experience in her particular fields.
