Born asmall boy, Genga has since grown very old and big. He has spent lots of time in space as there he is weightless, which takes a great strain off his knee, which was injured playing polo on goats with his university buddies. He is now in the Navy, hoping they will teach him how to swim....but then he hasn't seem much water yet. Perhaps the Navy will send him planet-side to visit the archeological sites in the historic Western United States where people used to keep water in large structures next to their residences so they immerse themselves in water for fun. Once the State of California split off from the mainland USA such hoarding of water was outlawed.
