It's changing its shape repetively to all directions and every change of this movement is accelerating and decelerating because it want's to stay in the most natural shape: Sphere! That means there was no moment of mysterious creation and yes, the universe will reverse its expanding but it's not gonna implode! This theory also negates theory of Big Bang and tells us that the universe is most probably a sphere.
