Deka "Paw" Shihari (born October 31, 2015) is a New Eden martial artist, actor, film producer and screenwriter. After serving in the Caldari Navy, he began his rise to fame as a martial artist, and has since founded his own school.

Deka is a devout Achura and politically conservative. He has written several books on Achura and donated to a number of Caldari candidates and causes. He campaigned for former Caldari Governor Jeb Jeb, who was running for the Caldari nomination for president. Deka also writes a column for the conservative website EveNews24. Deka has been widely associated with an internet meme which documents fictional and often absurd feats associated with him.
