"Align" - Warp.
"Warp" - Align while the rest of the fleet is warping off and get tackled and hassle the fleet to come back and save you.
"Do not go afk on the tower!" - Go bake some muffins and die on the pos.
"HOLD FIRE UNLESS I SAY SO" - SHOOT ALL THE THINGS!
