Erza lost her family in early adulthood. All she was left with when all the dust settled was just enough to buy a ship and start scraping together an honest living.

Not at all interested in the typical Caldari way of business she felt it more to her liking to be away from the brutal corporate politics of big business.

Thus she left her home world in Amsen and set to the stars. Unwilling to conform to the brutality of Caldari business but driven to find and build her place in the galaxy, Erza knew her challenges would be great.
