One of multiple Scytale Ghola's created by the Tleilaxu masters in the Axlotl tanks on their homeworld of Tleilax. This Scytale was on a secret trade mission to the Ixian homeworld to negotiate an exchange of Ixian technology and Tleilaxu genetic knowledge.

An aberration in the calculations of a Spacing Guild Navigator, caused by the presence of Synthetic Melange that Scytale was secretly carrying, led to a foldspace disaster resulting in the Heighliner crossing dimensions into the parallel universe of New Eden. The huge transport was attacked shortly after materializing in this new unknown space and quickly destroyed by Jovians who subsequently cloned the few survivors.

In exchange for his knowledge of genetics and technology a clone of Scytale was allowed to enter Empire space and begin his new life. He was deposited in the system of Cistuvaert and has struggled to adapt since.
