Look, call me problematic if you want to. But a society wherein, at like, thirteen some asshole got high enough to see God, and tattooed your face and whatever they tattooed determined your place in society, deserves to be fail. They could tattoo traitor on the face of some poor kid and society just accepts that he's going to betray everyone. The Amarr Empire is doing the Minmatar a favor, God doesn't like face tattoos.
Also, don't get me for a man weak in his faith, but I am a pragmatic creature, The Minmatar enslaved in the Amarr Empire are burden on society. Their masters have taken upon the noble burden of paying to house and feed them as their labors make them worthy of heaven. But they're everywhere, we could replace all of them with drones and save trillions of ISK each month. Don't look at me like that, specialized farming drone's don't need the ability to contemplate their place in the universe and could even be remotely operated. All I'm saying is cram the Minmatar on a handful of worlds while they strive towards purifying their souls and the souls of their descendants so civilized people don't have to endure their presence unless they wish to take a tour of the country side.
