code states highsec miners dont play the game
they do play otherwise there would be no materials for others to make ships and modules with
pvp is part of the game but so is mining.

code states a miner has to reply to local chat of a representative
yet they never type in local unless provoced by miners that just got blown up

code states a miner needs to wish a representative a 'good fight' after getting blown up
while a gank can not be considered a fight at all since its over in mere seconds and the miner cannot fight back

i agree with code that botting should not be alowed
but they dont even check if some one is botting or not they merely blow them up

afk mining is hardly possible since 1 rock does not last long so that point is irrelevant

gankers do not deserve respect as they only prey on the weak ships and would run if a stronger opponent seeks them out
