When you ask around for a great explorer, among the top, is a man named Agga Chelien. The fearless pilot has ventured to the some of the darkest recesses of New Eden.

Coming from a broken childhood plagued with loss, devestation, and bloodletting, he grew into the well-versed explorer he is today.

Upon his explorations, he eventually came across a passive Admiral. He could see the same scars reflecting from deep within the man's eyes. He understood if there was another person that could get him, it was this stalwart officer.

Now Agga Chelien serves as part of the Admiral's Administration. He helps those that are lost, broken, beaten, scarred, navigate the stars to a new home, a home made of a vastly diverse map of souls that share a common interest... family.

He has become his Brother's Keeper, and he keeps them well.
