As the Star started to set behind the planets horizon, Darkness crept in like a welcomed guest it once was.
The cold warped itself around an unsuspecting victim who was sleeping in the medical ward.
The unsuspecting one stirred in its sleep as if trying to get away from the horrors that were haunting her.
A screams echoed down the silent corridors... unnoticed and uncared-for.
As the last cries for help die down, the melancholy of the silence returns.
" Ugh.... where...wha.. ", the unsuspecting one asks in confusion, before quieting down as if accepting her current condition.
" Here I am, again... Wonder how many times has it been already? ", she asked while looking into the darkness, as if expecting an answer from it.
She could not remember how many years has it been since she forsake her humanity.
Yet she still remembers the dreadful day, when she woke up with those heretical thoughts.
