Here is my take on the collapse of C02. I was in Redhogs when The Judge was there too. He wanted a Titan and was too important to rat or engage in any sort of productive activity on account of being "too important" as a Jr Diplo. So we thought we'd give him a hand and gave him much of the billions he needed to buy one. He bought his Titan and promptly screwed off to another corp. Does it surprise me he emptied the C02 vault? No. The Judge is the most self-entitled player I've ever met in this game.
