Born as a slave on Sitanan IX, Brock's parents had him secreted away by the Sisters of EvE. Using their diplomatic immunity and the secret sponsorship of both the Gallente Federation and the Minmatar Republic, he was transported to the backwater world of Vorsk IV. There he lived with foster parents. As he grew up into an adult, he learned of his heritage and his tribe. He graduated from the Republic University with degrees in astrophysics and business.

Not long ago, he learned that the Amarr Empire executed his parents for depriving them of a new slave. Greatly saddened and enraged by this, Brock vowed revenge on all Amarr to prevent others from going through what he went through.
