Julian Tigru was born in Ryddinjorn and moved with his parents to Eldjaerin in 23628. He studied law at the local university and entered the law department of the University upon graduation. He moved to Earwik in 23643 to work as a deputy surveyor.

He was a member of the Stellar council. He was elected as a Tinkerer to the Regional Government and served from 23654 to 23662. He was an unsuccessful candidate for reelection in 23662, but returned to the territorial council from 23665 to 23689.

After poltics Julian decided to try his hand at mining and ever since has roamed the wilds of space looking for that one lucky strike.

Julian is an avowed Objectivist and believes that none shall be forced to do the work of another.

His wife is committed to stay at home and raise their 16 children in the hope that they will follow in their Father's Populist traditions
