Founder of the Casteil Extraction Corporation, presently head-quartered in Kemerk, Radar comes from a long-line of independent miners that were too hornery and stubborn to accept any kind of organisation or even unionizing. Despite this, he forged ahead with his plans to bring some kind of order to the capable, fiercely independent miners he saw around him. Despite their mistrust of each other, and the constant in-fighting, he slowly forged small allegiances, fledgling unions and even working friendships, allowing him to bring his dream of an organised mining corporation together.
Of course, then the real work started
