An escapee from the Institute for Psionic Research and Development, Psilocke's original identity has been lost among test tubes, bio-symbiots, gene splicers and all manner of curious cerebral accelerants. Her sole sense of self is derived from the Psilocke program, which amongst her fleet mates has become her callsign. Her talents developed in this institute she keeps mostly to herself, preferring the space-free role of a capsuleer.
