What Is The New Order
The New Order is a movement lead by James 315 the saviour of Highsec.
The Order's goal is to remove bot-like behaviour from PvErs and encourage
social game play within space owned by the New Order, this means all of High Security space.
This is accomplished by the following of the Code of Conduct and the purchase of a permit.
What Is A Permit
The permit is an allowance to engage in various kinds of PvE within New Order space, it is the first and necessary step to complying with the Code of Conduct. Permits cost 10 Million ISK, an annual (real time) purchase is necessary. Following activities which require a permit are:
Mining
Hauling
Running Missions
Exploration
