Though not Minmatar by blood he thoroughly enjoys their customs. He'll be keep to tell you how you look and can catch a fist to the face as good as any boot-strapped boy. Diplomacy is far from him as he loses his temper quite easily in a situation he cannot control.
One of his periphrial augments is constantly malfunctioning however. Stiggy is prone to have irrational thoughts and often outbursts of epic comedy and hysteriea.
