1) collecting the leftovers makes you no environmental hero! It's a crime - you'r "Suspect" for as little as 1 isk in a conti .. the DOWNFALL of many newcomers (Yes there is "Safety" on the down: cluttering up of the overview with junk!)
Downfall? .. every ass parked atop station is pointing guns at you !for free! No Concord-ye stole 1isk!
when you come in. the server still sorting out your 'Docking' (even @ 0-distance) *Kaboom*
2) You get a limited engagement ="5 Min sit it out"-timer or get killed by prev. bully 'on and on' with no gain but their SHAMEboard
Slim chance you leave station in a biggy to blast your bully away (for he will flee or station before you get a kill)
Example? 30+ kills of unarmed capsule zkillboard/94994283 for proving a point!
