Born into a mining family, Francis was taught from a young age how best to propser in mining and to thrive in the hositle space where mining exists. He was brought up with the knowledge that nobody provides for you and only you can provide for yourself and taught that paying your way in the galaxy is the only way to progress to one day owning your own company and being the best you can be.
